Our design team at McGee & Co. has hand-selected these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Pack and return items in their original condition.
Initiate the return by filling out the return form below.
Our staff will send you a pre-paid shipping label with an instruction of the collection of the item. You are required to print the label, affix it to the package.
If your address is cover for collection by our courier, we will advise you of the collection date and time via email. You will be required to leave the package in the accessible area where our courier can collect it.
If your address is not covered for collection by our courier, you will need to take the package to a UPS dropoff location, usually Australia Post.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, we will notify you via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:
Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. These items are identified by .99/.95 endings in price and/or items purchased during a warehouse or sidewalk sale.
