Delivery Information

We offer the type of delivery that is determined by the products in your order. Delivery charges shall be determined by the destination of your delivery and shall be charged per order. Multiple-product orders are charged according to the highest delivery type of product. Sometimes the products may arrive separately, but you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Products delivered separately may also be shipped using that product's delivery type rather than the order as a whole.

Please give us a street address for delivery—we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery Time

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 1-3 business days

Regional NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT: 2-4 business days

Country NSW, VIC, QLD & SA: 3-7 business days

TAS, WA, NT, North QLD: 7-10 business days

Delivery Charges

Free shipping over $30 within Australia. *Offer does not apply to furniture, bulky items or overseas orders. A flat rate delivery charge of $15, including GST, is charged for shipping to New Zealand. Shipping fees can be checked at check-out.

Unable to receive your order in person?

If you would like to authorise the delivery agent to leave your package if no one is available to sign for the delivery, you can do so through the checkout process. The criteria are that there must be no shared entrance or common space, and the location must be in a protected and secure area. If a delivery destination is not deemed acceptable according to these criteria, then the delivery agent will leave a card instead of the product. There may be a card outlining alternative delivery arrangements left if no one can sign for the delivery. The driver will snap a photo of the delivery location to ensure the location is recorded accurately.

All prices quoted online include GST. All prices quoted online exclude shipping and delivery charges.

 

International Orders

Delivery is now available within Australia and New Zealand at this time. The delivery rate for international orders can be seen at check-out.
