Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Dekure. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we sell. Moreover, we want to make sure you have a pleasing experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our merchandise. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Dekure. We’ll be as brief as our lawyers will allow.

 

The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at dekure.com.au, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below along with Dekure’s Privacy Policy

30 Day No Quibble Returns or Refund Policy:

We are proud at Dekure to offer all our customers a 30 Day No Quibble Returns or Refund Policy. This allows you to return anything you have bought from Dekure within 30 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund (excluding shipping costs where applicable) or an exchange.

To be eligible for our 30 Day No Quibble Return or Refund Policy, your item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached as well as a valid receipt or invoice/delivery note.

Please note that Dekure monitors these returns to ensure that they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase timeframe, and are unused and in the same condition that you received them. Moreover, If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them. This does not affect your Consumer’s Rights [Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act)]

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable):​

 

We at Dekure commit ourselves to provide our customers with the best products, every product that you see or choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to ensure that you are both 100% satisfied with the service we provide, but more importantly, you fall in love with the item(s) you purchase from us.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. However, you will be advised of this in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via an Online payment then you will be refunded once our team identifies the issue or confirms your refund request, whichever occurs first.

 

Damaged or Faulty item(s):

Once your returned damaged or faulty item(s) is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request once we have examined the returned damaged or faulty item(s) (usually within 5 working days of receiving the return(s)). To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (copy of invoice/delivery note). This does not affect your Consumer’s Rights [Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act)]

 

If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 14 days of the notification being sent to you via email.

As we previously alluded to we carry out a full quality check before processing the ordered item. Moreover, we take the utmost care while packing the product(s). At the same time, we ensure that the packing is robust and as such the items should not get damaged during transit. Therefore, Dekure is not liable for damages that are caused to the item(s) during transit or transportation. It is recommended that the appropriate shipping insurance is requested should you have any concerns.

We will review your returned product(s) as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when we release the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):

When outside of the 30 Day No Quibble Returns or Refund period we only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dekure.com.au and send your item back to us, using the returns label on your packing note (see Return Shipping below) or request one from our support team.

Gifts (if applicable):

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping (if applicable):

Dekure will be responsible for return shipping costs, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your returns label. Dekure will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs will be refunded when the items have been received and reviewed (see Refund process above). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated 30 Day No Quibble Returns or Refund Policy & associated Terms and Conditions. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated 30 Day No Quibble Returns or Refund Policy & associated Terms and Conditions, you may delete your account.
